MidAtlantic Independent Dealers AssociationPennsylvania Association of Notary (PAN) is a PennDOT approved instructor for both Basic and Advanced Issuing Training courses. PIADA will be offering IN PERSON, ZOOM, AND ONLINE courses. The classes are required every two years.

Motor Vehicle Agent Services Basic Title and Registration Course Online is a prerecorded interactive course approved by the Department of Transportation. It meets the training requirement for both new and experienced agents and their employees who handle motor vehicle paperwork in Pennsylvania. The course covers standard titling and registration forms and procedures.
